A new and exciting venture that launched in 2021, OneOf has been finding new ways to connect fans with NFTs in a meaningful way. OneOf is a powerhouse in the music industry with a just-announced Grammys partnership as well as signed artists including Whitney Houston, Doja Cat, H.E.R., Quincy Jones, TLC, Charlie Puth, Jacob Collier, G-Eazy, AURORA, The Kid LAROI, Alesso and more--- and we're just getting started. We are a high volume marketplace where users can buy and sell digital collectibles as we reach 1M+ active users across multiple verticals, aiming to bring NFTs to the masses.

ABOUT YOU

OneOf is looking to hire a VP of Revenue to work closely with our leadership team, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to optimize NFT drops to best perform in our marketplace. You're driven by data, and an expert in conversion rate optimization (CRO). You have a background leading revenue strategy for an e-commerce /digital goods company and you're ready to take your existing skillset and apply it to a green-NFT marketplace. You have a deep understanding of e-commerce principles and extensive experience diving into customer lifetime value (LTV).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead content strategy and guidance, recommend drop strategies/collection approaches and ensuring proper pricing and supply decisions/tokenomics
Run point on the overall OneOf marketplace experience. Manage CRO, LTV, revenue strategy, landing page optimization etc.
Own LTV optimization and offer insights, recommendations and direction to our senior leadership team
Consistently identify and pitch brand new ways to generate revenue and improve existing revenue streams.
Lead sales optimization efforts for all verticals. Track, report, and leverage data to identify trends and optimize sales in our first and secondary marketplace
Partner with the Product team to bring market feature requests to the Product Roadmap
Partner and guide our Business Development and Account Management team to optimize and transform our current systems, processes, and drops
Comfortable with meeting aggressive quarterly, and annual performance goals and develop and manage sales forecasts and reporting
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Work with Tech to develop reports needed to track data, measure, results and ROI
Ensure the Asana boards, timeline and assignments for all drop tasks and campaigns are running smoothly.
Help develop experiential growth opportunities and events as directed by senior management.

Requirements:

8 - 10 years experience in e-commerce merchandising, or similar at a technology/entertainment company
Proven track record of massive growth for an e-commerce brand or resale marketplace
A demonstrated track record of excellent revenue outcomes in a growing organization
Knowledge of the NFT industry and competitive landscape
Customer-focused view and strong understanding of what the Marketplace customer wants.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
Ability to drive projects cross-functionally.
Strong analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree or superior experience in business, finance, or related field
