The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the
needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers
in their success using our product. This will be done by developing
an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal
team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the
customers may face. Manage a personal portfolio of selective
clients and ensure revenue targets are achieved. Drive product
adoption and education through in-person and virtual webinars,
email campaigns, training sessions, and user check-ins. Support the
development and execution of strategic account plans that exploit
ProDeals capabilities and drive new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with clients on growth strategies and marketing
