The Marketing Manager develops and manages marketing programs with an always data driven approach optimizing marketing campaigns based on customer information and channels. This manager's main objective is to create, track and analyze programs that lead to acquisition, increase frequency, and nurture retention of the end consumer through the insights obtained from data.
As part of the responsibilities of this role the marketing manager will be in charge of the loyalty program as a channel to achieve the company objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
Generate consumer insights based on the data managed to create marketing strategies and execute campaigns
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors to lead the implementation of marketing campaigns from start to finish
Lead the Customer Engagement team and create targeted calling campaigns to understand, reach and generate business from existing customers.
Lead all customer engagement strategies and initiatives from calling campaigns to SMS and email communications.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Lead all analytics regarding the customer data using Excel, Tableau and Salesforce CRM

Qualifications/Requirements:
5+ years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
Fluent Spanish
Highly personable, energetic and proactive
Good verbal and communication skills
Experienced in Tableau, salesforce and Excel
Strong project management skills
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
