How you will make a difference:
We're looking for a driven self-starter and adaptive analytical
problem solver to join Dolly as a Supply Program Manager. Reporting
directly to the Director of Supply Operations, you'll be driving
the growth of the business through Supply programs. On top of that,
you'll be a key player in driving projects and initiatives that
will help Dolly prepare for scale, improve operational efficiency,
and radically improve the Helper experience. Your work is
inherently cross-functional, and will give you unrivalled breadth
and depth of experience - you will very quickly develop a deep
understanding of the mechanics of our business, and will regularly
collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer
Success, etc. to develop innovative solutions to big problems.
What you will do:
Drive step-changes in operational performance - map out complex
processes, choose the right KPIs, and implement creative solutions
to optimize or automate core processes.
Understand & manage Helper programs - Develop a deep understanding
of the Helper audience and surface opportunities to advance company
priorities and goals.
Partner with Supply Ops Managers to to achieve key daily, weekly,
and monthly goals
Launch and pilot new programs to increase new and engage supply
Measure success of existing programs and third party vendors for
our Supply base
Manage relationships with third-party vendors
Work closely with product and engineering to scale business
efficiencies by improving tools and processes
Identify opportunities within existing product or programs
Who you are and what you bring:
3-5+ years of work experience in operations or customer
experience/customer success within the e-commerce, on-demand,
marketplace, or logistics tech landscape.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or
An in-depth understanding of implementing and managing 3rd-party
Experience working cross-functionally with tech & product teams to
co-create ops tools.
Ability to break down high-level business problems into concrete
A knack for experimentation and a track record of tangible results
piloting and implementing processes.
Strong analytical skills to self-serve on most data-related
Startup experience - familiar with the urgency and scrappiness of
Experiencing in contract negotiation
Proficiency in SQL
