Business Development Manager - Miami*Covered Territories: Caribbean*What your day will look like:

  • Grow sales for Genetec within the defined territory
  • Develop and expand relationships with new and existing end users within the defined territory
  • Manage all industry end user relationships within the defined territory
  • Interface and Report to Management on strategy and progress
  • Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners and insure they are captured and updated in the CRM
  • Assist Marketing with targeted initiatives within the defined territory
  • Track record of effective communication with business and technical leaders at all levels within large enterprises
  • Monitor and report satisfaction levels from End Users
  • Acquire, maintain and report adequate knowledge of product, market and competition
  • Keeps abreast of the products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services
  • Preparation of market studies with analysis of competitors, risks and opportunities
  • Identification and prospection of targets, organization of commercial agendas and follow-up
  • Market mapping to search for and qualify leads
  • Transform leads into opportunity
  • Preparation of publications and contentsAbout you:
    • 7+ years of professional experience including business management, offering/product strategy, marketing, sales, professional services, technology implementation, or related field
    • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience required, Master's Degree/MBA preferred
    • Deep expertise in selling and implementing solutions across multiple industries
    • Experience of business to business technical solutions sales.
    • Experience managing or leading technical teams .
    • Ability to design security installation projects in a commercial environment.
    • Knowledge/experience using CRMs
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Living or able to establish in Miami - Fort Lauderdale Area, Florida, US
    • Experience in English Caribbean markets

      • Elaboraci--n de estudios de mercado con an--lisis de competidores, riesgos y oportunidades
      • Identificaci--n y prospecci--n de target, organizaci--n de agendas comerciales y seguimiento
      • Mapeo de mercado (buscar clientes potenciales, Calificar clientes potenciales)
      • Transformar leads en oportunidades
      • Elaboraci--n de publicaciones y contenidosSobre ti:
        • M--s de 7 a--os de experiencia profesional, incluida la gesti--n empresarial, estrategia de oferta/producto, marketing, ventas, servicios profesionales, implementaci--n de tecnolog--a o campo relacionado
        • Se requiere una licenciatura o experiencia equivalente, se prefiere una maestr--a/MBA
        • Amplia experiencia en la venta e implementaci--n de soluciones en m--ltiples industrias
        • Experiencia en venta de soluciones t--cnicas business to business
        • Experiencia gestionando o liderando equipos t--cnicos
        • Capacidad para dise--ar proyectos de instalaciones de seguridad en un entorno comercial
        • Conocimiento/experiencia en el uso de CRM
        • Fuertes habilidades de comunicaci--n verbal y escrita en ingl--s
        • Vive o puede establecerse en el --rea de Miami - Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA
        • Experiencia en mercados del Caribe Ingl--s
        • Jugador de equipo: trabajar en cooperaci--n con colegas para lograr los resultados previstos
