This position is on site and can be located in our Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach or Orlando office.   • Manages day-to-day Task Order activities.
  • Serves as primary point of contact to the Contracting Officer Representative and Alternate Contracting Officer Representative; and the primary point of contact to the Project Sponsor being overseen.
  • Organizes and manages task workloads within established budget and schedule guidelines. EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum of twelve (12) years of project experience with six (6) related to major capital transit projects in Project Planning, Engineering and Construction of major capital projects.
    • Previous experience in passenger rail or related transportation modes with experience in:
      • Engineering design management
      • Project planning management
      • Construction management
      • Public outreach management
      • Federal grant management process
      • Regulatory and compliance experience
      • Project oversight services
      • Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Starts program EDUCATION:
        • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
        • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.
        • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification preferred.
