GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Production manager will assist with the execution of each project. Your job will be to schedule material delivery to the job sites, monitor the budgets of each project, Schedule starting day of each project with the subcontractors, on site quality control, when necessary, Schedule Inspections, Direct and advice the "on site Project managers", Communicate with customers. Responsibilities include: The sales team will send the project to the production team - the production team will make sure the transition goes smoothly Manage and evaluate the production process Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines Perform pre-production meetings to ensure that materials and scheduling are in order Move jobs through the pipeline by using our CRM and technology Proactively work to eliminate callbacks or warranty work Proactively work to ensure that project is watertight during in-progress and completed work Generate 5-star reviews Strong focus on planning, budgeting, organization, and customer service Required Skills: -Excellent communication -Bilingual (Spanish/English) -Knowledge of roof details -Valid Florida Driver License with clean record -Strong management and organization Experience: Roofing: 2 years (Required) License: Driver's License (Required) Job Type: FULL TIME...
