as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition of Platform Strategy for Payment
Integrity
- Partner with Payment Integrity Product Leads to understand the
Product and Business Strategy
- Create a vision for the capabilities enabling the Payment
Integrity business (how data, analytics, workflow, reporting need
to evolve and interact to enable the Product and Business
Strategy)
- Lead a team of leaders across matrixed organizations to align
on a Roadmap to enable the execution of the vision
- Lead a product and capability managers in the initiation and
enablement of the execution of the Platform Strategy
- Lead the development of the Capital requests to enable the
Platform Strategy
- Ensure capital requests across matrixed organizations (data,
analytics, enabling tech, software engineering, reporting,
operations, etc....) are aligned in their asks and priorities when
requesting funding
- Work to align capacity priority across matrixed organizations
to enable execution that achieves the business purpose of the
investment
- Ensure that development enables OI enterprise capability
strategies when appropriate
- Partner with the Program Management and Business Leadership to
enact effective Change Management when priority shifts impact the
Roadmap You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in

Qualifications:
- Experience leading the development of a multi year complex
capability suite that supported the implementation or operation of
multiple products and clients -
- Experience developing and delivering executive communications
(presenting to executive leadership) -
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and reporting on the
financials for a large technology focused program -
- Demonstrated experience developing and defending Cost Benefit
Analysis -
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements definition in a
matrixed environment -
- Demonstrated experience supporting the release of a capability
in a large operations environment -
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering
Communications (including Roadmaps) to Executives, Operators, and
Technology teams - Preferred Qualification:
- Capability experience related to healthcare claims processing

or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents
is $113,500 to $218,100. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada
residents is $113,500 to $218,100. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
