Job Description:
- Direct Management role leading a team of outbound pre-sales
agents in a tech sales agency.
- $60,000 to $80,000 OTE per annum (we can be flexible depending
on your experience)
- Fantastic benefits (medical, dental and vision) Within the 1st
year of employment we cover 50% of your benefits package, and from
the second year onwards we over 75% of your benefits package
- 28 days paid time off (inclusive of bank holidays)
- This is a hybrid role; working 2 to 3 days from our gorgeous
office located Miami Lakes, Florida

Barcelona, New Zealand, London, Singapore & the Philippines.

special.About the roleWe are looking for a highly motivated,
charismatic, Team Manager to join our US Headquarters in Miami
Lakes. You will be at the core of EIMS leading, managing and
developing teams across lead generation, channel & inside sales
programmes for multinational IT vendors. (Did we mention some of
our clients include: IBM, VmWare, Adobe, Magento, SAP and many
more?) Reporting to the Business Unit Director, this is an exciting
and challenging role with fantastic opportunities to develop as an
Operations Manager with long-term career growth and

- Directly manage the performance of an outbound, lead generation
team of between 10 - 12 agents who are selling the software of our
tech clients to other companies.
- Core responsibilities include: overall program performance,
training, development, recruitment, client QBRs, and be heavily
involved in maintaining our unique culture.Requirements
- 2+ years of directly leading a team at least 5 sales
development agents responsible for outbound client
prospecting.
- Strong communicator able to deliver messages in a motivating
and inspirational manner whilst maintaining high standards and
discipline.
