operations and maintenance (O&M) and asset management services
for solar and energy storage across North America. The company
manages a diverse utility scale and distributed generation
portfolio with experienced professionals backed by a
state-of-the-art technology. About the Position: Hiring for a
Technical Director, responsible to lead the development of low-cost
solutions for large scale hydrogen production plants . The
responsibilities include participating in the business planning
stage to successful implementation of green hydrogen projects. This
role will drive the technology selection and design and deployment
of green hydrogen plants including electrolyzer technology and
renewable power generation solutions. This role requires
significant real-world hand-on experience and keen understanding of
the trade-offs between the technical performance and economical
optimization. Requirements: BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or similar discipline. Advanced degree in a technical
field preferred. 5-10 year of experience leading
design/development/deployment of new large-scale hydrogen projects.
Strong industrial or consulting background (e.g. oil & gas, power,
chemical, thermal, water, etc.). Designing systems for regulatory
compliance (e.g. UL, IEC, NFPA, CE, etc.). Proven track record of
innovation, reducing cost and improving efficiency. Process and
cost modeling tools (e.g. Excel, Matlab, Python, etc). Expert
knowledge on handling hydrogen, oxygen, and deionized/ultrapure
water and renewable energy. Knowledge of interconnection,
permitting, real estate, state/federal regulation, utility
procurement goals, politics, and regulations that impact
development of infrastructure projects..
