Managerfor ourCondominiuminMidtown Miami/Edgewater, FL.
(33137).Schedule (40 Hours):Monday through Friday
(7a-3:30p)Responsibilities:Greet residents and their
guestsCoordinate deliveries of packages, flowers, restaurant food,
othersMonitor security cameras, exterior doors to the building and
maintain a secure environment for our residentsControl guest/vendor
access to residential floors through elevator control system.
Control access to amenity areas such as the spa, pool and beach
areasReview daily front office procedures and facilitate
communication between owner and maintenance team membersEnsure all
areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner during
shiftFollow all safety and security policies, programs and
