This is a great opportunity for you to gain further credible experience in the web analytics and reporting field.-- - Role: Manpower is looking for someone to help us with two primary responsibilities: Ensure our web data is accurately tracking everything we want it to track across our entire customer lifecycle.Deliver insightful analysis to help us continually optimize that customer lifecycle. To that end, the right candidate will be comfortable setting up all our analytics tools and data streams, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Dynamix, HubSpot, and PowerBI. This candidate will also be skilled at creating reports and presentations to help management make key decisions about UX, and even larger business strategy. Strong communication skills are a must. Candidate will work across teams and stakeholders to carry out their responsibilities and finalize project deliverables. This is a long-term contract position. -- -Responsibilities: Administration of Manpower Group--------s analytics accounts, properties, user management, dashboards, and reports.Assist in the planning, design and building of data analytics suite in Google Analytics/UA/360 to setup properties for Manpower Group for a portfolio of web products.Establish standard process, procedure and governance to; onboard, setup, maintain and track data for reach, engagement, performance and other metrics for Manpower Group--------s digital properties and campaigns (both organic and paid).Analyze audience reach, engagement, and behavior metrics to avoid fragmentation of different business units needs and use cases.Support brand stakeholders by generating custom reports according to business needs.Work with developers and digital producers to determine appropriate metrics and behavior to track new and existing properties.Identify areas of inefficiency and develop methods for improvement. -- -Required Experience: Four-year college degree. A technical degree is a plus2+ years of working with Google Analytics (GA and UA) and familiarity with GA360 suite-- -Hands-on experiences with Tag Manager, GA Admin, Audience Center and Data Studio.-- --- -Experience as a proven Digital Data Analyst, Marketing Insight Analyst, Insight Analyst, or Campaign AnalystExperience with Google Search ConsoleExperience with Google Ads (setup and reporting)-- -Mastery of Microsoft ExcelExperience with PowerBI-- -Experience with HubSpotExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage stakeholders at a variety of levelsHigh attention to detail and appreciation for understanding processesAbility to learn quickly and efficientlyLimited experience with Bullhorn CRM (optional)Limited experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (optional) -- - PandoLogic.
