Who We're Looking For

The Marketing Manager will help grow the Therabody brand through marketing strategies and guidance on brand campaigns to be offered to our international partners, with a focus on the LATAM market. Reporting into our international trade marketing team, this individual is the key point of contact to select retail and distributor partners across all marketing efforts to drive sales of Therabody products across multiple categories and regions.

Therabody is seeking a creative innovator who can envision, build, and execute marketing strategies that build the brand, increase awareness, and support set revenue goals. As the Marketing Manager you will bring strong project management experience and executional skills to drive consistent execution with key international partners. The ideal candidate is also well-versed and comfortable with building international relationships and understanding the different cultures around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with key retail and distribution partners
  • Work closely with marketing counterparts to implement local marketing initiatives and provide ongoing marketing support.
  • Support in building cohesive marketing campaigns that follow global brand best practices whilst resonating with local consumer.
  • Build and manage marketing and events calendar and ensure visibility of all partners activations on a monthly basis.
  • Work closely with global and local Therabody marketing teams to ensure brand consistency is achieved in partner produced creative and marketing assets
  • Manage ongoing communication with internal marketing, distributor, retail team and external partners to ensure all parties are updated on brand marketing strategies, marketing and promotional calendars, announcements, and product launches.
  • Manage and oversee the digital partner portal, the marketing asset bank, weekly newsletters, monthly webinars, and other forms of communication to external partners.
  • Manage the quarterly Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program for partners, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver submissions that are timely, accurate, and inline with the MDF program guidelines.
  • Build and manage the marketing asset library to ensure all assets are delivered and available for markets and continuously monitor feedback and partner needs.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with internal cross functional teams, including sales, retail, social, sports marketing, influencer marketing, product and operations to ensure the Therabody brand is executed via retail and distributor partners.
    The Right Person Would Have
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 5+ years of consumer marketing experience at product focused company or a fast-growing company that has scaled
    • Fluent in Spanish both written and spoken
    • Experience with consumer marketing with a focus on lifestyle and/or wellness
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be a self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones
    • Must be results-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills
    • Creative-minded and strong problem-solving ability
    • Ability to balance day-to-day execution and big-picture, strategic thinking
    • Passion for Therabody's mission of helping people live will and feel their best
    • Portuguese is a plus
