Next Level Marketing is looking for a Senior SEO Manager to join our full-suite agency team! You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing potential clients and creating strong, solid strategies. This person will work cross-functionally within the Internet Marketing Department to execute digital campaigns, monitor performance, report, and communicate client results. This person will have the ability to make thorough presentations that are both informative and visually appealing.
The role requires the applicant to be analytical, customer-centric, and with expert-level knowledge in supporting sales/marketing. The DMM must have proven experience in devising and implementing digital marketing strategies, compiling and analyzing analytical data, and working with industry-related 3rd party research. A background in internet marketing and/or specialized expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Development, and/or other aspects of online marketing. Expertise in online marketing strategies ranging from creative ideation, shifting traffic, and meta-search inventory marketing is a critical component of this role.
This position is also responsible for creating, leading, and measuring the implementation of digital marketing campaigns as well as the brand experience through all channels including guiding the company into new media, testing and securing the latest new technologies to ensure efficiencies, and maximizing revenue.
Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute and help develop SEO best practice that other members of the team can use and learn from to develop in their own roles
  • Work with the SEO Team to identify and contribute to areas of best practice and innovation
  • Support the SEO Director with the training and development of colleagues in other countries and other markets
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO industry and news, share knowledge with the SEO team and be a leader within the team
  • Using your experience, utilize all available data to seek out gaps and new opportunities and formulate this into an executable strategy
  • An SEO professional with at least 3-4 years' experience (agency or in-house)
  • Analytically minded, experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Have strong analytical skills for robust data driven decision making. Natural affinity for numbers, and analytics.
  • Experience auditing on-site and off-site SEO factors to create effective SEO strategies
  • Experience using SEO tools including or equivalent to ahrefs, Deepcrawl, SEMRush, Screaming Frog
  • Experience managing a team, their workflow and assisting in their own professional development
  • Solid technical acumen, displaying familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience integrating SEO with other digital channels i.e. Social and PR (bonus)
  • Ability to define structured plans, clear communication and foster collaboration to ensure timely delivery of work within an ambiguous, fast paced environment.

      Main Qualifications:
      • Expert-level experience in SEO Analysis & Strategy for both Lead Generation and eComm
      • Mid-level Integrated marketing & marketing funnel experience
      • Expert-level familiarity with lead generation and eComm marketing strategies across a multitude of sectors and their drivers of success.
      • Highly analytical; able to understand all angles of Internet Marketing and make recommendations to improve performance.
      • Microsoft Excel experience is a huge plus. Ad-hoc reporting may require pulling from multiple data sources (analytics, budget, and call tracking for example) to generate client-facing reporting.
      • Experience dealing with marketing managers, as well as executive-level client roles.

          • Previous experience in marketing or other related fields is a plus
          • Must have Extensive SEO knowledge
          • 1-2 years of customer-service based experience
          • BS degree
          • Experience in a managerial role
          • Strong project management skills
          • Strong leadership qualities
          • Deadline and detail-oriented
          • Google Ads and Google Analytics certified
          • High level of professionalism.
          • Tact when dealing with high-level clients.
          • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
            Preferred Experience:
            • SEM: 2+ years
            • Technical SEO knowledge: 4+ years
            • Data Analysis: 3+ years
            • Client Management: 2+ years
              Work is performed in our Miami Office (NO REMOTE WILL BE CONSIDERED) environment with a normal administrative/creative/agency environment.
