  • Through well-defined marketing plans, establish marketing mix to attain product lead targets and revenue goals; designing program components, deliverables, offers, metrics, timing, and flow.
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process.
  • Drive program efficiencies based upon performance & ROI metrics; apply market intelligence to optimize programs accordingly and establish customer and prospect profile(s).
  • Ability to drive market adoption of existing product lines and prepare forward looking marketing plans for transition to a Biologics provider.
  • Be marketing point of contact for salesforce and ISAs (Independent Sales Agents).
  • Own program content development: determine content topics, work with customers, internal and external resources to develop content and produce program deliverables.
  • Recommend and manage third-party marketing resources to execute marketing plan components as needed; align and work closely with "in-house agency" team members to drive program execution.
  • Build and/or supervise day-to-day project management of marketing programs to ensure work is executed against approved program objectives, requirements, timing, and budget.
  • Manage or participate in other ad-hoc Marketing projects as needed.
  • In collaboration with the Vice President of Downstream Marketing and the Sr Director of Surgical Biologics Marketing, develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the marketplace.
  • Support lead generation and event management: guide event execution according to planned ROI objectives for the business specifically and ensure that they are aligned with overall marketing plan details and goals; collaborate and drive event promotional plans in coordination with the Events Management Team.
  • Ensure all marketing activities meet with allocated budget.
    • Can analyze organizational strengths and weaknesses and then, with critical thinking, combine these with knowledge of the industry, market, and organization to develop short-term and long-term strategy.
    • A commitment to driving and demonstrating Return On Investment (ROI).
    • Proven ability to deliver plans that drive growth in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
    • Exceptional project and vendor management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on-time and on-budget.
    • Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market.
    • Excellent communication (oral/written) and proven relationship building skills.
    • A self-starter with detail-orientation and an entrepreneurial spirit is required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Position Expertise/Qualifications
      • Bachelors Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum Years of Experience
        • 5 years Developing and implementing downstream product marketing programs as well as delivering measurement and execution systems. Required
        • 5 years B2B marketing programs in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other medical device company. RequiredTravel Requirements
