Help shape up the Product Roadmap for the data products Ensure balance between the overall strategy, implementation, maintenance & governance of any new or existing data products Facilitate conversations between all interested parties including Leadership teams, Business teams, Data Analysts, Engineering & Product teams Serve as the owner and data authority for new data products Define product roadmaps & backlogs, goals, KPIs and success metrics that align with the broader organizational vision Leverage skills in data warehousing and visualization to inform product strategy Map out the different user personas and profiles that would be leveraging the data product Translate requirements of organization wide large data initiatives into smaller initiatives Drive end to end build out of the data products for end user consumption Ensure on-time delivery, communicate effectively with sponsors, stakeholders and project teams Facilitate centralization, accessibility of data products & ensure consistent operationalization across siloed teams Ensure data literacy within the organization and drive adoption & usage of data products Identify blockers to adoption and drive efforts for data product improvement Adept at applying data-driven insights in all decisions and efforts when building a new data productWork management, organization and planning:
High capability to prioritize and manage numerous concurrent projectsStrong organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to translate a strategic agenda into concrete operational plans with limited guidanceAbility to lead and execute complex projectsMulti-year experience in managing teams of diverse job functions, across multiple geographiesAbility to work with Senior Leaders across a range of leadership styles and cultural backgroundsStrong communication skills, including influencing and facilitation, driving discussions to resultsAbility to focus messaging to key concepts / topics / issuesAbility to influence and collaborate with others to get the job doneHigh capacity to interface and network with a broad range of colleagues with different seniority, functional expertise, background, and capacities
Meet tight deadlines, follow development standards, and effectively raise critical issues with the client Experience with Design, implement and maintain all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Engage with the Solution Designer in the reviews and validation of the detailed technical design for business applications to ensure alignment with business requirementsExperience:
6+ years of Data Product Management - Consulting skills preferred
