Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) The Consumer Product Director Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing on strategic communication priorities for the Consumer Product organization. The Director will be a seasoned communication leader, strategist, and storyteller. This individual will support our communications team in defining an all-team strategy that delivers a cohesive consumer value story, builds and deepens our team culture, and elevates our product and digital delivery teams' ability to share how we are building the single greatest digital health care experience in the world. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish communication standards, calendar, stakeholder strategy across all internal communications ranging from business updates (MBR, QBR, etc.) to internal team meetings, and ad hoc need states
  • Leads a high performing, diverse team of communication resources
  • Oversee and provide direction for the development, design, and delivery of communications to all levels within the organization in a simple, consistent, and compelling way
  • Collaborates across stakeholders to craft key messaging strategies and presentations to influence and align teams
  • Oversee several projects in a self-directed manner by setting direction, offering support and guidance, resolving risks, and managing priorities to move work forward
  • Partner with product leadership & key business stakeholders to contribute to building and defining digital communication strategies
  • When appropriate, coordinate communications across channels and business units to promote value and increase reach
  • Develop E2E communication strategy across all communication channels and stakeholders
  • Create a communication measurement strategy to ensure effectiveness, quality, and reach standards are met You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or other related field
    • 10+ years of marketing communications experience translating business objectives into clear, credible, compelling communications strategies and deliverables
    • Experience in corporate communications and marketing
    • Experience working within a matrixed environment through cross-functional teams with good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Proven track record of leading and developing high performing teams
    • Proficiency in MS Office

      • Proficiency in graphic design programs
      • Demonstrated excellent verbal, writing, proofreading, and editing skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $113,500 to $218,100. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $113,500 to $218,100.
