Managed Services acts as a true extension of Visa Clients' team bringing together expertise, capabilities, resources, and scale to enhance performance and increase profitability.Job DescriptionThe Visa Consulting and Analytics team is looking for a high-performance individual to join its Managed Services practice and play a key role in contributing on the delivery of high impact projects in Latin America. Drive the design and generation of tracking reports on projects performance on an efficient and proper visualization. The candidate should be able to act as a liaison with the regions providing support and expertise when needed. The incumbent will be also in charge of the design, documentation, implementation, and training of new use cases for VMS. As well as to train /evangelize Consultants and BDs across the region and help them present to potential clients this new use cases while also helping them with the deployment at early stages to achieve adoption within the regions.Key Responsibilities
    • Implement new use cases by generating the documentation, training and knowledge transfer to all the LAC region
    • To optimize and expand Managed Services processes and capabilities to help VCA accelerate revenue generation allowing VMS to significantly improve operational efficiencies by having better execution processes while expanding the portfolio of use cases.
    • The resource will reduce the dependency and cost generated by using third parties
    • Maintenance and improvement impacting the 5 regions allowing the development and automatization of use cases
    • Support immediately as a temporary backfill for any region that has a shortage of resources and immediate client needs
      • The resource must be agnostic to any region hence it should be allocated to HUB to have the flexibility to help every region
      • The resource will help with the implementation and diversification of the VMS portfolio by supporting the generation and implementation of new use cases from the blueprints and documentation to be an SME for any region that wants to implement them
      • To help standardize the best practices of every region and close the gap of knowledge that could arise in any given region
      • Implementation process improvement - Identify areas of opportunity in the principal use cases to develop key tools and processes. Such as,
        • Sales Materials - to facilitate the go to market strategy
        • RACI Matrix - to guarantee roles and responsibilities and the correct governance of the project
        • Implementation process and requirements - detailed materials on how to operate a project along with the necessary tools to guarantee quality and knowledge transfer
        • Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure the health of the pipeline, enable early identification of trends affecting the business and promote best practices across the region
          • Develop and distribute detailed pipeline analytics
          • Ensure maintenance and relevance of the reporting dataset
          • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
          • Support leaders with the development of reports and dashboardsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications,
            • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
              Preferred Qualifications,
              • 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar.
              • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master's Degree in related fields a plus.
              • Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy and up to date with latest market and industry analytical and digital trends.
              • 5+ years of relevant experience in reporting positions
              • Experience in languages like Python, Spark, Java, SQL
              • Knowledge in data driven visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
              • Proven experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance.

                • Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
                • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
                • Problem solving ability and analytical skills.
                • Team player.
