  • Have agility and ability to adapt and lead change organizationallyJob DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DOYou will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. You must be comfortable working and communicating remotely, as our whole team works remotely.DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Recommending new policies, procedures, and approaches as well as assessing existing policies to continually improve efficiency of the department and organization, with a focus on improving the employee experience
    • Refining knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends
    • Coordinating with the broader People & Culture team to oversee employee onboarding, deliver humanresource essentials, advocate employee engagement, and conduct stay interviews
    • Managing employee relations counseling, investigations, performance improvement plans, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing
    • Partnering with other members of the People & Culture team in the recruitment process, while also helping to create job descriptionspostings, and assisting hiring managers with filtering and selection processes
    • Partnering with key stakeholder partners with HR related processes and provides ongoing updates/reports
    • Ensuring all employee matters are handled with consistency and fairness without discrimination.
    • Managing internal employee communication and engagement through feedback programs, surveys, and one on one meetings
    • Aligning the work with the client's culture and strategic goalsQualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMUST HAVES:

      • Have experience working with records management tools and human capital management systems
      • The ability to coach and mentor and work within a team environment
      • Possess excellent project management skills with the proven ability to drive ideas into action
      • Enjoy thinking strategically to align perspectives, voices, and opinions
      • Well-organized and able to meet deadlines
