Job Description:

GENERAL PURPOSE -The Sales and Customer Service Manager will be responsible for selling and providing superior customer service within an assigned area. -Forecasting sales, developing "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness. -Evaluating customer needs to be able to build long-term customer relationships and customer loyalty. -Preparing and communicating reports and presentations for the management team on weekly incidents and on-going issues resolved and unresolved. This position plays a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales of services. - - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

  • "Getting the sale" using various customer sales methods
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Research accounts and generate sale leads
  • Meet sale targets
  • Professionally handle all incoming request from customers and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and accurately
  • Confers with department managers to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes in processing methods requested by the client and/or to provide follow-up and status information to client
  • -Provide weekly incident reports or as required
  • Participate in all Management Team meetings as required
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our customer experience
  • Provide support to Operations and Customer Care staff as needed
  • Research and identify evolving industry standards to improve communication with clients
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
  • Perform all other assigned duties - EDUCATION /QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS -
    • BS/BA or equivalent work experience - preferably in laundry operations with large-scale plants or commercial field.
    • Proven business to business sales experience
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
    • Self-motivated and driven
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational skills (able to multi-task, prioritize, plan, and execute)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products to be able to generate written reports, presentations and documents as required
    • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be able to identify and aggressively resolve conflict -
