*Ultra Padel Assistant Manager - Job Description*

Ultra Padel seeks an assistant manager to oversee the operations and employees of the Club. Ultra Padel has 8 Padel Courts, a store, food
& beverage service and shower facilities. The Club Assistant Manager enforces the policies and procedures of Ultra Padel, addresses any facility/equipment/vendor/member issues, as well as encourages the health and wellness of members and staff. The Club Assistant Manager is expected to have a flexible work schedule from Monday through
Friday with weekend hours based on member activities and programs.The
Club Manager must be a productive team player with varied expertise in the area of health and wellness.

*General*
The Assistant Manager shall report directly to the board of directors, and will work with the Sports Director and Board members to create a unique environment that will attract and retain players.
The Assistant Manager will ensure that all club operations provide a positive, welcome attitude and optimum club experience for members.

*Manager & Staffing*
The Assistant Manager shall be responsible for training, supervising, and scheduling of club staff, responsible for building and court maintenance, checking in guests and members, and assigning courts. On a weekly basis, the assistant manager shall collect payroll information for each staff member for submission to the club bookkeeper. The assistant manager shall be responsible for maintaining staff expenses within the amount budgeted by the Board.

*Building & Grounds*
The Assistant manager will be responsible for maintaining excellent court conditions and supervising the staff . The Assistant manager

shall be responsible for all Clubhouse maintenance which includes keeping bathrooms cleaned and maintained, working with vendors for all repairs as necessary in alignment with Club budget and directing staff to assist for tournaments and events where needed to ensure that Clubhouse is in top condition for members.

*Club Administration*
The Club assistant manager shall be responsible for assisting the
Sports Director and his staff in ensuring that all data is captured in regards to court reservations, tournament fees, lesson and clinic attendance. The assistant manager shall work with his staff and the
Club bookkeeper to generate regular reports regarding member activity for billing as well as help resolve any billing disputes. The assistant manager handles daily transactions, all registrations to clinics, leagues , lessons events etc, *The assistant manager will answer phones and arrange/coordinate matches and activities on non peak hours to maximize court revenue.*

*Event Management*
The assistant manager shall assist in coordinating and supervising the club's social activities under the direction of the board sports director. The assistant manager shall be responsible for working with the sports director in organizing social events and ensure that events are staffed properly.

*Communication*
The Club assistant manager will work closely with the sports director to be responsible for communication to members regarding court availability, social events, upcoming tournaments, facilities or special announcements as well as marketing and promotion through
Social media. Assistant manager will communicate with food service to coordinate daily activities as well as special events.

*Qualifications*
Strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience in facilities management and/or hospitality. Bachelor's degree in business, sports management is a plus. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in managing others. Comfort with electronic communications and social media. Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily activities. Ability to assist and coordinate programs. CPR and first aid knowledge required as well as general knowledge of OSHA.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $37,118.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:
* Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
