Assist the Store Manager in any area that is deemed appropriate and
necessary to create a cohesive working environment for all store
team members while ensuring a unique shopping experience for our
clientele. Work as a team to achieve sales and KPI targets while
building a client base and brand awareness within the local
Inclusive but not be limited by the outline below.
Position: Full Time
Store operations to include but not be limited to:
- Achieving store sales goals and KPI goals.
- Opening and closing the store
- Store Appearance & Cleanliness
- Merchandising according to company standards; Upkeep of Window
Displays, Mannequins and Table Displays
- Informing manager of necessary inventory replenishments and
- Inventory Transfers
- Receiving Inventory, including unpacking. (Must be able to lift a
box of 35 lbs)
- Spot Checks
- Negative inventory reports
- Merchandise Labeling/ Tagging
- Shipping Client purchases
- Complete knowledge of POS System
- Client information capturing
- Opening, closing and reconciling the register.
- Client outreach
- Client retention and relationship building utilizing tools given
- Solving customer issues during shifts that the Store Manager is
- Any client situation that may need diffusing.
* Assisting in event planning and execution.
- Become active member of the community
- Be a brand ambassador for 120% Lino in and outside of the store
at all times.
And all other issues that are dependent on the smooth running of
the store and are delegated by store manager.
