WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

USA Job Family Description: Primarily responsible for generating and communicating both the short-term and long-term digital agenda to the wider firm. They oversee the following areas: customer experience, channel development, product management, strategy & transformation, operations and analytics. A primary objective will be to unify and stimulate cross-collaboration between the different areas of the digital function as well as the wider business. Incumbent must operate within financial, budget and legislation constraints.

USA Job Function Description: Researches, develops and implements competitive Digital products and services for the consumer, small business and corporate markets to maximize profits. Translates technological advances and consumer needs into usable and marketable products. Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the Digital life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace. Ensures product meets regulatory and industry standards.

Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements:
Works with QA and/or internal UAT resources to ensure requirements are met and approve finished product releases before it goes to the client
Sets the direction and reviews product documentation for the digital banking solution suite
Tracks product and feature use to analyze and understand implications for product enhancements
Develops tools and processes to gather feedback to shape and build future products
Supports Sales and Marketing in promoting the products and ensuring revenue, business value, and client adoption goals are met
Ability to search for, locate, extract, organize, evaluate and resent information within internal data and external data (primary and secondary data); Research competition to identify threats and opportunities. Ability to connect trends, to help influence direction of roadmaps, strategies, and product features.
Define business and operational KPIs for owned products; develop targets and manage forecasting for each Defined KPI; partner with Analytic teams on deep-dives for anomalies in trends, to define root cause and action plans.
Roadmap focused, continual updating key stakeholders of changes, and key risks. Assessing priorities with squad and socializing accordingly.
Ability to record, plot and analyze the interactions - or "touchpoints" - that a customer has with your channel/product using existing company data; Ability to define and articulate "happy" and "unhappy" paths to show distinction of experiences; Ability to leverage external research and connect the-dots with customer feedback, to define "ideal state."
Ability to manage each part of the lifecycle - from discovery (new ideas, key hypothesis), business case development, Implementation, Launch and Maintenance.
Ability to manage project development lifecycle - project scope, timeline, PMO gates and documents, risks and issue management; Responsible for ensuring decisions aligned and communicated to all stakeholders; Ability to deal with incidents and problem management within channel/product, ensuring problems get resolved and issues are addressed at the right level.

Education:
BS/BA degree or higher in Technology Field (Req)
MBA (Pref)

Work Experience:
Product Management experience in Financial Services / FinTech / or similar industry focusing on web and mobile applications, 7-10 Years (Pref)
Technology and/or Banking , 7-10 Years (Pref)

Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge and experience with creating and managing business requirements and user stories for software platforms
Experience in developing digital product roadmaps with aggressive product delivery cycles
Experience building and testing digital user experiences
Familiarity with html and web technologies, in a banking context is a strong plus
Must be an exceptional collaborator, able to build and leverage relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong technology capabilities - must be able to manage major technology products end-to-end and develop key solutions for scalability
Strong controls mindset with a demonstrated ability to place the Bank's control agenda at the fore front and a track record of developing and executing compensating controls alongside new product development

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
