Job Family Description: Primarily responsible for generating and
communicating both the short-term and long-term digital agenda to
the wider firm. They oversee the following areas: customer
experience, channel development, product management, strategy &
transformation, operations and analytics. A primary objective will
be to unify and stimulate cross-collaboration between the different
areas of the digital function as well as the wider business.
Incumbent must operate within financial, budget and legislation
constraints.USA Job Function Description: Researches, develops and
implements competitive Digital products and services for the
consumer, small business and corporate markets to maximize profits.
Translates technological advances and consumer needs into usable
and marketable products. Plans, directs and facilitates all phases
of the Digital life cycle, from inception through introduction into
the marketplace. Ensures product meets regulatory and industry
standards.Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements:Ability to
search for, locate, extract, organize, evaluate and resent
information within internal data and external data (primary and
secondary data); Research competition to identify threats and
opportunities. Ability to connect trends, to help influence
direction of roadmaps, strategies, and product features.Define
business and operational KPIs for owned products; develop targets
and manage forecasting for each Defined KPI; partner with Analytic
teams on deep-dives for anomalies in trends, to define root cause
and action plans.Responsible for managing internal and vendor
roadmap to drive usage, customer engagement and expenses to
contribute successfully to the business P&L.Understand the CBB
strategy and mission and connect digital strategies, and roadmap to
support and drive the business forward; Leveraging defined customer
personas, create digital value propositions that are distinct to
win;Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business
proposals. Assess the company's operational and strategic
performance.Ability to record, plot and analyze the interactions or
"touchpoints" that a customer has with your channel/product using
existing company data; Ability to define and articulate "happy" and
"unhappy" paths to show distinction of experiences; Ability to
leverage external research and connect the-dots with customer
feedback, to define "ideal state."Ability to manage each part of
the lifecycle - from discovery (new ideas, key hypothesis),
business case development, Implementation, Launch and
Maintenance.Ability to manage project development lifecycle -
project scope, timeline, PMO gates and documents, risks and issue
management; Responsible for ensuring decisions aligned and
communicated to all stakeholders; Ability to deal with incidents
and problem management within channel/product, ensuring problems
get resolved and issues are addressed at the right level.Ability to
lead without direct reporting structure to junior product managers
on the team; ability to influence partners to progress plan and
efforts for digital payments.Qualifications:To perform this job
