ADP is hiring a Business Intelligence, Manager for the newly formed HR Outsourcing (HRO)Analytics organization.We're looking fora manager with experience in business intelligence, creating easy to interpret visualizations, and the ability to tell the story through presentations that make data come to life through actionable insights. This role is an individual contributor who supports leaders to make more data driven decisions. The BI Manager will report to the Director of Business Intelligence.   • Learn business processes and requirements to more effectively generate insights and visualizations
  • Develop visualizations and generate insights that provoke thoughts/actions that lead to results
  • Interact with business partners to confirm information for accuracy as needed
  • Adhere to newly formed BI standards of excellence to help establish the trusted HRO Analytics brand
  • Design, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards designed for easy consumption by business
  • Coach business partners on how to utilize dashboards with a focus on end-user ease of usability
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets
  • Excellent communication and story-telling skills with ability to present complex concepts to management, team members and non-technical audiences in a simple, easy to understand way
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Feel very comfortable operating in ambiguity and in a "start-up" environment
  • Proactive self-starter requiring minimal guidance with ability to meet deadlines and operate in a fast-paced environment Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business Management, Finance, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance or technical/business related fields
    • 4+ years experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics
    • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI and Excel
    • Strong business acumen through presentation and visualization skills as well as generating insights
    • Experience accessing and working with large data sources/models (e.g., Redshift, Alteryx, SQL)
    • Technical expertise in database development, data mining, and segmentation techniques Preferred Qualifications
      • Advanced degree in analytics, MBA or similar field
      • Technology or management consulting experience from MBB/Big4 or Fortune 500 company
      • Change management and large-scale transformation experience
