Salary: Base Salary + Performance Bonus (in lieu of "commission) ** Reasonably Open to Negotiate

In this newly carved out role, you will use your existing relationships and build new ones within senior-citizen focused environments, communities and care facilities, as well as attend networking and community events in an effort to drive business to a law firm that offers a number of services for the senior population (primarily Medicaid planning and estate planning). Our client is looking for someone with established relationships within senior-citizen focused environments, communities and/or care facilities, who enjoys networking and meeting with people. To be successful in the role, you must be self-motivated and enjoy taking part in community events. This is a great opportunity with an organization who cares about making a difference where you'll get to develop untapped leads and with the flexibility to create your own schedule.Relationship Manager / Business Development / Community Liaison (Senior Citizen Legal Services) Responsibilities--- Nurture existing relationships within senior-citizen focused environments to drive referrals
--- Develop new relationships within senior-care environments to drive referrals
--- Regularly visit, entertain and/or sponsor relationship-building activities
--- Represent the client at networking and community events
--- Maintain clean and up to date notes on new leads, and established relationships in CRM
--- Report out on sales pipeline status
--- Manage expenses, to optimize resources and maintain budget controls
--- Follow standard operating proceduresRelationship Manager / Business Development / Community Liaison (Senior Citizen Legal Services) Qualifications--- Established relationships within senior-citizen focused environments required
--- Community involvement or willingness to participate in community/networking events required
--- Comfortable proficiency with computers (Zoom, MS Outlook) required
--- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance required
--- Ability to travel regularly and locally (within -30 mile radius) required
