  • 5+ years construction experience in project management
  • Project experience in k-12, higher education, senior living and/or public works, a plus
  • Advanced understanding of drawings/specs
  • Experience and ability to negotiate, write and execute subcontracts
  • Strong understanding of sequencing and scheduling
  • Engineering/Construction Management degree, preferred
