Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is someone who's passionate about food and customer service. They are a problem solver with strong work ethic and leadership skills. The Restaurant Manager understands that customer satisfaction always takes priority but efficient restaurant operations make it possible. They are an experienced leader with a goal to move up in the management field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Helping GM coordinating daily restaurant management operations
  • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operation
    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
    This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work.
    Required Education and Experience
    • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, -Hospitality Manager or similar role (4 years minimum)
    • Proven customer service experience as a manager
    • Familiarity with restaurant POS
    • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
