Our unique, industry leading and award winning Professional Sales Development Program includes total compensation instruments like stock options to provide our Sales Team with a world class career experience. Kaseya's sales team has multiple roles at multiple levels. As individuals develop their careers, they need to have a structured way to understand what skills are needed to be ready for promotion or movement to new roles. The Program Manager is responsible for strategically evolving and driving assigned programs so that they seamlessly snap into career pathing and ongoing development initiatives, driving Kaseya to improve rep performance and continued industry-leading rep retention. -Examples of programs run by this department include Career Coaching Conversations, Executive Career Coaching, Career Role Readiness, Onboarding, Total Rewards, Mentoring and more.The successful candidate will have experience developing and administrating training/learning programs. Experience with direct sales teams in a B2B SaaS organization is a plus.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts and internal partners to develop engaging, high-quality learning content and instructional materials to aid in the development of Kaseya talent.
  • Build valid and reliable assessments to measure progress and to evaluate the effectiveness of training and report on a quarterly basis (Quarterly Business Review) -
  • Develop a detailed project plan to execute quicky and drive results
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Analyze effectiveness of key programs and discern needed modifications
  • Resolve problems in assigned programs using innovative solutions and interface with others in the company, report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with key stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project/program development documentation
  • Provides a centralized, single point of contact for the programs and projects managed
  • Prepare and present reports periodically on the status of assigned programs and projects
  • Travel 10% of the positionMinimum Qualifications -
    • Proven experience in Project or Program Management
    • Experience delivering training/learning programs
    • Experience conceptualizing complex information and transforming it into practical and usable knowledge content in which use cases are employed to relate concepts to specific audiences. -
    • Highly organized with proven attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment. -
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. -
    • Strong written, verbal, and content creation skills.Preferred Qualifications -
      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, English/Education or related field/Instructional Design/IT related field, or equivalent practical experience. -
      • Certified in Project Management
      • Experience with e-learning authoring software and LMS systems -
      • A track record of writing compelling, concise content that simplifies complex topics -
      • Ability to self-direct, self-edit, multi-task, prioritize assignments, and manage projects.
