The Opportunity:

What You'll Own:

• 
  
• Collaborate with the company leaders to build a stretch quarterly roadmap and then execute on that roadmap to deliver 1-2 significant initiatives per quarter.
  
• Impact our members by focusing on their key problems and pain points.
  
• Impact our P&L through super charging growth, develop new revenue lines, and reduce costs through automating tasks and making the Belong team more productive.
  
  Experience You'll Need:
  All PMs on our product team should have these 4 core competencies.
  
  
• Product Execution: Can take a product from an idea to a functioning feature that users love. This includes making tough prioritization calls and collaborating with stakeholders.
  
• Teamwork & Influence: Has superb communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Uses these to motivate engineers, manage stakeholders, and manage up.
  
• Customer Insight: Can figure out the root cause of any problem to design a solution users really want. This includes dissecting data and user feedback to made strategic decisions and tell a coherent story.
  
• Strategy & Vision: Builds strategic roadmaps that solve tough user problems and meet business goals.
