  We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for our fast-paced and dynamic construction company. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Construction Project Management, Multi-family Residential, Commercial Construction Project Management, and Multi-Family Renovation. The candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
  
  Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction project from start to finish.
  • Ensure that the project is completed within the budget and on time.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is executed according to the plan.
  • Coordinate with the construction team to ensure that all materials and equipment are available on-site when needed.
  • Ensure that the construction site is safe and secure for all workers.
  • Supervise and manage the construction team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates on the project's progress.
  • Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before the start of the project.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of the project and identify any potential issues. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, Multi-family Residential, Commercial Construction Project Management, and Multi-Family Renovation.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
    • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and building codes.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Willingness to travel to different construction sites as needed.
