As a Sign Fabrication Manager, your goal, is to manage the fabrication department's productivity, and ensure we successfully execute every project. You will lead the department with effective fabrication methods and best practices as well as provide strategic initiatives for growth. You will drive the team to work together and set an example for excellence. You will manage project schedules and prioritize tasks and timelines to meet due dates consistently.

        • Required Experience
        • Previous leadership experience in metal fabrication within the sign industry is a MUST.
        • Project management and resource management in team environments are preferred.

        • Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
