We are searching for an experienced CFO to join our team of high-performing professionals to help keep our finances insightful and instrumental in our continued success.
Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with bankers to secure and structure financing needed for strategic growth opportunities and management of all operational principals' and trusts bank accounts
  Monitors all leasing activities, reporting, compliance, CAM reconciliations, collections, bank compliance tenant financial relationships and assistance and analysis regarding new renewal and terminated leases
• Ensures compliance with all financial covenants as required by company lenders/equity and partners
• Oversees the development and monitoring of cash management
• Oversees the development and monitoring of corporate budgets and all project budgets
• Collaborates closely with the executive team to establish internal policies and controls that promote the well being of the company relating to land acquisition, construction and leasing management
• Ensures the company books are prepared and closed within the guidelines and financial statements that properly reflect the financial position of the various companies
• Works closely with common company CPA to provide information for tax returns for principals and trusts
• Communicates with IT to find ways to improve operational efficiency
• Oversees Human Resources to review recommended benefit strategies, including medical plans, salaries, incentives, bonuses and 401K plan In Charge of:

  • general accounting
  • cash management
  • project and corporate budgeting
  • payroll Requirements:
    Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
    CPA desired
    Bilingual English/Spanish
    7+ years of experience in a CFO role or Senior Controller or VP of Finance Role in the Real Estate industry
