• Leading a team of product managers, business analysts and UX/UI designers, in collaboration with cross-functional business stakeholders to define the vision for end-to-end guest experiences across all digital touchpoints (e.g., device, physical location, etc.)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and front-line associates to write highly detailed product specifications that delight our guests and hit key business targets
• Establishing and communicating roadmap for the upcoming four quarters, across multiple digital and technology channels (i.e. web, app, kiosks, displays, backend/teammate tools)
• Establishing and enforcing processes for product teams throughout product life-cycle.
• Running design and product reviews, workshops, and one-on-ones
• Owning various product workstreams that build net-new features and optimize existing ones through reliable two-week sprints, daily scrums
• Focusing on bottom-line objectives: drive revenue, loyalty and repeat business through an outstanding personalized, connected digital experience
• Work with human resources and leadership to recruit and grow the team in alignment with roadmap needs Minimum Qualifications: -
  • Demonstrated deep understanding and proven track record of product management and user experience design with respect to web, mobile, wearables, voice, native applications and web engineering.
  • Ability to provide broad influential leadership towards the development of end-to-end guest experiences
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Behavioral Economics, UX Design, Product Design, Business, or Psychology
  • Experience leading teams of product managers and designers towards ideation, design, technical development and launch of platforms as a service, digital product installations, integrations and monetization of guest experience.
  • Self-starting, investigative predisposition that's keen to see things through to the end - even when faced with seemingly insurmountable hurdles
  • Inclusive of a diverse team and customer basePreferred Qualifications
    • Experience in mobility, airlines, trains, hospitality, and/or other operationally complex industries
    • Product experience on website (desktop + web), mobile apps, kiosks
    • Functional experience in travel eCommerce, loyalty programs, journey planning
    • Technical experience with Jira, Confluence, Reservation systems, Full Story, and/or AWS micro-services
