Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences, The Surf Club is
seeking an In-Room Dining Assistant Manager.'Seas' the day and
become part of a Four Seasons hotel that has a future even more
legendary than its past!
Join our Team
T he In-Room Dining Assistant Manager will oversee the day to day
operationof the Room Service and Private Bar Department. They are
in charge of supervisingthe consistency, quality and efficiency of
the food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel's guest
rooms.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish
all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on
as need basis. This may include some evenings, weekends and
holidays.
The ideal candidate is a current Food & Beverage manager with a
minimum of two years of experience in Food & Beverage. A passion
for Food and Beverage and an eye for detail is a must.A degree in
Hospitality Management is preferred,however, not essential with
relevant experience.
