Up to $15,000 Sign-On bonus based on experience Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Critical Care areas and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all Critical Care service line staff. She/he assumes house supervision duties as assigned.









Qualifications

Education
Associate Degree, BSN preferred Experience
2-3 yrs RN experience in Critical Care License
REGISTERED NURSE Certifications
BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN), NIH STROKE(within 60 days of hire/transfer effective date)
Candidates in unit have priority based on unit seniority
