SummaryThe Digital Project Manager support the Department of Marketing Technology in the planning and execution of digital initiatives that are in line with the University's strategic plans.This position develops project plans to implement large-scale strategies and change at Barry University. This includes defining project deliverables; planning and leading projects; and defining and analyzing project strategies and success.The Digital Project Manager coordinates with other positions that execute digital strategies, including advertising campaigns and the university's online presence.This is a temporary assignment.The position is remoteEssential FunctionsProject Management

• Support the Department of Marketing Technology in the planning and execution of digital strategies projects.
• Assist with the monitoring and control of all digital strategies projects.
• Coordinate communication with all stakeholders to define and ensure project success. Refine completed initiatives to ensure long-term adoption of solutions.Operations
  • Review incoming digital strategies requests and manage planning and execution.
  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring large scale projects.
  • Manage the planning and execution of small to medium size projects.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress to proactively identify potential problems and change direction as needed.
  • Report on digital strategies and project status to key stakeholders at all levels of the University. Qualifications/Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Digital Advertising, Computer Science, Technology or related field is required.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience is required.
    • Must be able to plan and execute the University's strategic digital initiatives.
    • Must be able to create detailed project plans and manage resources.
    • The individual must communicate clearly with all areas of the university to receive requests, report on project status, and coordinate operations.
