Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruiting for positions at all levels and across
all functions of the organization
Develop a recruitment strategy and process for assigned positions
including sourcing qualified candidates and facilitating debriefing
sessions
Champion diversity, equity and inclusion and support hiring
managers in creating a recruitment and interview process that
aligns with DE&I best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration,
Marketing or related fields
Minimum of three years of full cycle recruiting experience across
entry to senior level positions
Experience sourcing across a variety of job types and skill sets in
a mission-driven environment preferred
Proven success with creative sourcing techniques to identify and
engage passive candidates
Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter or Certified Internet
Recruiter certifications are a plus
