Creator Success Manager

Our team is led by Lucy Guo (co-founder of Scale AI) and recently
raised $8m+ led by Multicoin Capital. We work remotely at Passes
but prefer for this position to be filled by someone based
in-person in LA, NYC or Miami.
At Passes, we believe that the age of massive media conglomerates
is over. Today's creator economy allows anyone with an internet
connection to share their talents with a niche audience and make a
living doing so.
Passes is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our
team as a Creator Success Manager. As The Creator Success Manager,
you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and
satisfaction of our creators on our platform. You will be
responsible for establishing strong relationships with creators,
understanding their needs, and providing them with the guidance and
support they require to thrive in the digital content space. This
role will require a blend of customer support, strategic thinking,
and creative problem-solving. This position will report directly to
Lucy and our Head of Talent Recruitment.
*Note: this role may involve occasional travel to meet with
creators in person (if applicable).
- Creator Onboarding and Training: guide new creators through the
onboarding process and platform setup + provide training and
resources to help creators maximize their content's impact and
- Relationship Management: build and maintain strong
relationships with creators, serving as their main point of contact
+ understand the unique goals and needs of each creator to tailor
- Content Optimization: collaborate with creators to optimize
their content strategy, including content creation, distribution,
and engagement tactics + analyze data and performance metrics to
offer data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Revenue Growth: assist creators in leveraging our monetization
tools effectively, such as subscription models, core features, and
tips + help creators develop strategies to increase their
subscriber base and earnings.
- Community building: work with creators to foster a sense of
community and engagement among their subscribers. + provide
insights on best practices for community management.
- Issue Resolution: address and resolve any concerns, complaints,
or technical issues raised by creators promptly + coordinate with
relevant internal teams to find solutions.
- Market Insights: stay updated on industry trends, competitor
activities, and emerging opportunities in the social subscription
space + share insights and recommendations to help creators stay
ahead of the curve. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the digital
content or social media industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content
creation, and subscription models.
- Knowledge of data analytics and content performance metrics is
a plus. >
