  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare and manage real estate budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within the allocated budget.
  • Track budgets, contracts, and allowances to ensure all costs are accounted for and properly documented.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and perform financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure cost management strategies align with project objectives and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline cost management processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on cost management issues and contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in cost management, preferably in the real estate sector.
    • Strong knowledge of cost processes and reporting is essential.
    • Proven experience in managing budgets, contracts, and allowances.
    • Proficiency in preparing cash flow forecasts and performing financial analysis.
    • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
