Relationship Manager II - C&IB Job Description
Grow client relationships, drive revenue, and deepen market share in a fast-paced commercial banking environment.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  
• Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
  
• Acquire and expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  
• Manage risk and drive quality for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating different types of risk.
  
• Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and financial well-being.
  
• Manage an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
  
  
  Key Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • University/college degree and 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
    
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and customer experience management skills.
    
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate complex financial information and make informed decisions.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
