Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Boca Raton, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, and implementing effective ABA interventions. Additional responsibilities include training and supervising behavior technicians, providing education and support to parents, monitoring client progress, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and company standards. Qualifications Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices Knowledge of Psychology principles as they apply to behavior and learning Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental delays is preferred Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
