In a typical week as an HBW Insight reporter, you will:
Create daily content (500-1,000 words) based on breaking news,
interviews with subject matter experts, or independent research
into issues of key importance to HBW Insight's industry-dominated

Our ideal applicant is a journalist with experience covering the
OTC drug and/or dietary supplement sectors, or other industries
regulated by the US Food and Drug Administration or counterpart
agencies around the world. If that isn't you exactly, tell us how
your skills and experience would translate to the role.
We're looking for candidates who are comfortable covering events
(including in-person meetings that may require travel),
interviewing senior sources, and writing engaging content under
tight deadlines. Those with demonstrated ability to extract key
messages from complex information - including technical regulatory
subject matter - and communicate those effectively to a specialized
audience will have an advantage.
The job demands that candidates have strong organizational skills,
high attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple
assignments at once. We want self-starters who can work effectively
independently but also are team players willing and eager to
collaborate and be coached.
A degree in journalism, sciences, or equivalent career experience
would be appropriate.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, content management
systems, and infographic tools a decided plus.
