ClareMedica Health Partners is expanding! We are looking to hire a Primary Care provider at our established clinic in Palmetto Bay. We are looking for a Board Certified/Eligible physician in either Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine. Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Respond to patients' medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling and referral where necessary
  
• Order lab tests and interpret the test results
  
• Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information i.e. examination results, medical history, and reports
  
• Explain procedures and prescribed treatments to patients
  
• Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals
  
• Promote health education in conjunction with other health professionals
  
• Keep up to date with medical developments, treatment, and medication
  
  
  Qualifications/Requirements
  
  
  • 
    
  • MD/DO Degree
    
  • Graduation from ACGME Certified Residency program
    
  • Florida Medical License and Federal DEA License
    
  • Completed US Medical Licensing Examination
    
  • Comfortable with Medicare and Medicare Advantage patient population
    
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
