Job description
We are a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, offers the best in quality long-term and short-term care. We are looking for an experienced, C.N.A. who will maintain a high standard of care for all residents at the facility while maintaining a courteous, customer-service-oriented attitude.
Essential job functions

Providing top quality care to assigned residents
Maintaining our facilities excellence in customer service
Proficiently documents resident's care
Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
Maintain positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
Adheres to all policies and procedures of Regents Park at Aventura.
Performs other duties as assigned and or required by Supervisor/NHA, DON and ADON.

Qualifications

Minimum of one-year recent experience in a Long Term care setting, preferred.
Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills and computer literacy required.
Must have a valid C.N.A. license with the Florida Board of Nursing
