Anesthesiologist needed in West Palm Beach, FL starting ASAP

• Anesthesiologist Need at JFK Medical Center North Campus
• Beeper Call Only, No In House
• MD will also credential at JFK Main as Secondary Site
• Reason for need: Open need
• Length of need: 3 months with possible extension
• Average Time to Credential: 120 days
• Temp/Expedited Privileges : yes with clean file, 45 days
• Shift Days: Mon - Fri - 8 + hours
• Shift Times: 6:30am - 3:30pm
• Minimum Number of shifts per month: 20
• Types of Cases: General, Vascular, Ortho, Podiatry, ENT, Endo, Pain, IR, Spine, ECT
• Majority Case Type: Ortho, Gen Surgery
• Average Monthly Case: 300 -500
• # of Operating Rooms: 7 OR's, 3 Procedure rooms, 1 IR
• EMR: Ipro
• Call schedule for weeknights and weekends? Every fourth night, every fifth weekend. We often work into the evenings, but are almost never called back, and weekends have been light for the last year or two. MD Supervising vs doing own cases? 80% supervising, 20% own cases.
• Must have Active FL License
• Must be Board Certified/ Board Eligible NOT Accepted
• Must be willing to take beeper call
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
