Job Description:
Summary
The Assistant Nurse Manager / RN is a Registered Nurse who, using
critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities
within the Department and collaborates with other members of the
health care team. Assistant Manager / Registered Nurse directly and
indirectly supervises the care rendered by all department staff
members. Assistant Nurse Manager / RN assumes house supervision
duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
Required: Academic degree in nursing
Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree
Experience
Required: Previous acute care supervisory experience
Certifications
Required:
