Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Develops and maintains therapeutic relationships with patients from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship. Provides emotional and physical patient assessments and attends to patients in pre and post-op settings. Maintains and complies with all COC accreditation standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications:

Graduate of an approved Board Registered Nursing program.

Bachelor's of Nursing degree (Master preferred.)

OCN preferred and/or Navigation Certification

Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida

Current CPR (BCLS) certification

Minimum Experience

Good Organizational skills

Ability to problem solve independently

Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience
