Summary
The Employee Health Nurse performs pre-employment nursing assessment on applicants; provides nursing care and assesment for injured employrees, administers vaccines in accordance with policy and good nursing practice; the Employee Health Nurse manages the workers' compensation program for the hospital; maintains annual PPD files for all employees; manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic; collaborates with the Infection Control Coordinator by integrating infection control/employee health activities.









Qualifications


Minimum Education/Licensure/Certifications
Required: Registered Nurse; BLS
Minimum Experience
Required: 3 years experience in the nursing field
Desired: 2 years experience in Employee Health or Occupational Nursing
