Job Description Medical Director – Psychiatrist We are seeking a
strategic, innovative Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for
David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health (Naples, FL) during an
exciting period of organizational growth. This is a unique
opportunity to combine strong clinical expertise with visionary
leadership to shape the future of behavioral health services in
Southwest Florida. Who You Are A Board-Certified Psychiatrist with
demonstrated clinical excellence. A strategic thinker with the
ability to lead in a high-growth, high-acuity setting.
Collaborative and growth-minded , comfortable overseeing a team of
highly skilled Psychiatrists and PMHNPs and supporting a
multidisciplinary workforce. Excited by innovation and program
development , from advanced modalities (TMS, ketamine, immersive
therapies) to integrated primary care and neurocognitive brain
health initiatives. Committed to serving a diverse patient
population with a wide range of mental health needs. What You’ll Do
Provide a balanced mix of clinical care and administrative
leadership , helping guide inpatient, outpatient, and addiction
services. Help shape and expand DLC’s programs during a period of
rapid growth—new facilities, expanded inpatient and crisis
services, and development of a psychiatric residency program.
Partner with leadership to integrate innovative approaches,
evidence-based treatments, and forward-looking care models. Provide
supervision for PMHNPs, offering oversight, consultation, and
mentorship. Influence the culture and future of a respected
nonprofit organization committed to life-changing wellness for over
